The Autism Can End Grant Fund

 

Fundraising Events:

Everyday Miracles (EDM), a non-profit, parent led, community-based autism support network has established the ACE (Autism Can End) grant fund. EDM’s mission is to provide therapy grants for those families in financial need in addition to being dedicated to raising autism awareness.

Autism facts:
·  Autism is a national epidemic.
·  Autism is a lifelong bio-neurological disorder that affects a child’s ability to learn, communicate and socialize.
·  Autism currently affects 1 in 91 children in the United States and the number continues to rise.  
·  There exists no one medical treatment for autism.
·  The only accepted consensus for treatment is early intervention which includes constant, intense, individualized therapy.

EDM has partnered with Designs by Ja9 to create a stunningly beautiful dichroic glass puzzle piece for this special cause. Take a look at her beautiful autism awareness puzzles. Click on the "Support Autism" link on the homepage below. Part of the proceeds from the sales will be donated to EDM.

EDM continues to support Michigan families through the ACE Grant Fund.  Money from ACE is distributed to area families in need of assistance for speech, physical therapy, occupational therapy and many other therapies not covered completely by insurance.
