In 2003, when my son was diagnosed with autism, it became my life. I understand the family complexities when you have a child with autism and truly want to help others. Families of children with autism need to be united and support each other in our efforts to combat what has quickly become a national epidemic.

I sat on the board of Autism Can End until its merger with Everyday Miracles in 2004. In addition, I hold an administrative role with the annual ACE/EDM golf outing, which serves as the primary fundraiser the grant fund.

I am the proud mother of three children. Each of my children has their own unique gifts. My child with autism is the purely innocent. His eyes are windows into a world that only children with autism know.
